Story of AIM Heat Pump Dehydration Dryer Machine

Our CEO of Mr. Pan has been committed to HVAC heat pump and temperature & humidity control industry for more than 20 years. In 2003, I was the first one to present the idea of "Five Dimensions Theory" of air conditioning and applied it in the field of environmental temperature & humidity control & drying technology area. We devoted our self and my team to the air heat pump drying research and development since 2006. AIM company was established in 2011, specializing in the production of heat pump drying equipment and temperature & humidity control equipment.

We focus on heat pump research and development, production and sales, because heat pump drying can save 60% to 80% of electricity, higher drying efficiency, can provide better product quality and it’s environmentally friendly. Another advantage of HPD system can operate independently against outside ambient weather conditions. Moisture removed from the product without outside ventilation, because the system is totally enclosed with fully air recirculated internal. In most cases, the efficiency of HPD used for drying decreases with increase in temperature above 45 ℃. Therefore, Our AIM company has developed the Open and Closed Heat Pump all in one machine to solve this problem. When the temperature rises above 50℃, it can switch to the open loop mode drying intelligently. Allow the drying temperature range extend from 18℃ to 80℃ wider adjustable range, regardless of high or low temperature, high or low humidity are always the most energy saving way, also more efficient, drying quality is better too.

We have also obtained the industry's unique open and close heat pump drying invention certificate. We are one of the main drafters of the standard of "heat pump fruit and vegetable dryer" and "air source heat pump pass-through technology" of National Energy Administration, and also one of the main drafters of the standard of "Air energy heat pump tobacco dryer" and "air source heat pump grain dryer" of China Energy Conservation Association. With our low energy and low carbon emission heat pump technology we make our contribution towards bolstering energy management and climate protection, issues that have gained much importance globally.

For this reason, we have won the Chinese Energy-saving Technology Industry famous brand issued by The Chinese Academy of Management, China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Patent Award issued by the Chinese Energy Administration and China Energy Conservation Association issued the Chinese Excellent Industrial and agricultural drying brand heat pump industry.
