Question:Can this go on a rossi lever rifle with out screwing inyo wood

Answer:In a single word answer, No. The ends of this sling must be attached to a fixed point on the rifle, usually a connector that is screwed into the wood to be secure. There are other types of slings that depend on a strap loop that encircles the stock and/or the barrel and does not require anything to be screwed into the wood.
