The Incoming Quality Control (IQC) of RIBAO Technology  is stringently carried out. It mainly involves measuring the precision of the electronic instrument and evaluating the quality of the components.

Today let’s look at Incoming quality control department, this is our top inspector – Chen Ling.

Chen Ling is responsible for incoming quality control, which is to inspect incoming raw materials to prevent defective materials from getting into production process.

Incoming quality control is our first line of quality control before production process. Well-controlled raw material quality can prevent frequent rework in production process and therefore avoid large quantity of waste and increased costs.

This is the 16th year of Chen Ling’s work at Ribao. Even though she has inspected hundreds of incoming materials and is super familiar with them, she still maintains a high degree of concentration to avoid errors in incoming materials that would affect subsequent production process. For every sampling inspection through many years, Chen Ling would always test 10% extra samples to ensure the pass rate of incoming materials.

Ribao’s quality department conducts morning and evening meetings every single day to review all products and materials handled throughout the day. Chen Ling always actively engages in chats, providing feedbacks on material quality issues and subsequent follow-up processing plans.

Moreover, Chen Ling constantly communicate with colleagues doing final quality control to get their thoughts on issues in final products and then trace back to incoming materials in order to iteratively optimize out quality of raw materials.
