What is bespoke furniture?
Bespoke hotel furniture is any piece of furniture that is unique. It might be a standard range product produced in a different size to fit an awkward space – or a completely new bedroom set designed to create a totally unique environment.
Room layouts & design
We can also provide a room layout service, to ensure your stunning new furniture fits perfectly into the space it’s designed for. Your project manager will work with you to optimise the space available in every room, to ensure you get the best possible return on investment.
We can also help with room design, providing fabric swatch books and finish samples to help you create the perfect environment for your guests, if required.
Dedicated project managers
We believe continuity is important, so you’ll be introduced to a project manager who will be your point of contact for the full duration of the project.
Your project manager will create a project timing plan; then oversee the design, manufacture and installation processes to ensure all phases of your hotel refurbishment project run smoothly and on time.
Turnkey FF&E solutions
Our project management team is also highly experienced in working alongside main contractors to deliver complete FF&E solutions for hotel fit-outs.

Our estimating and product design teams work quickly to create value-engineered solutions - and our in-house manufacturing facility offers both large capacity and flexibility.
Site survey
Our project managers are experienced in completing detailed room surveys, where necessary.
As well as measuring dimensions, room surveys provide an opportunity to identify any potential issues early on, so they can be avoided or planned for.
